- I'm a "retired" chemist turned SAHM. I have 3 children and 2 stepchildren. I met my husband on e-harmony.com and we've been married for 5.5 years. I'm active in my church and also in our local "Great Banquet" community which is a 3-day spiritual retreat in the same family as "Walk to Emmaus" and "Cursillo". I'm a baseball fanatic and have a goal of seeing a game in every major league ballpark. I'm a KC Royals lover and a fervent Yankee hater! I am a cloth-diapering, diaper cover knitting, green-living, breastfeeding mama. I've also found a new interest in gardening although my first vegetable garden is more of a learning process than a bountiful harvest!
